Breathing – an effective way of regaining health
Proper breathing has an enormous effect on your health. Breathing exercises is one of the most effective ways to normalize different health parameters, increase the level of your performance capacity, stabilize the psyche and reduce stress. Effective breathing exercises increases the levels of oxygen in the blood. The more oxygen that reaches the cells, the more energy is produced and the cells become healthier and stronger. That keeps viruses, fungus and other microorganisms from affecting the body. It is important to emphasize that this is all about the oxygen reaching the cells. With age our oxygenation ability decreasees. The biggest cause for bad oxygenation is lack of carbon dioxide. When we reach the age of 40 the rate of oxygen uptake is about half of the normal rate, especially if you don´t work out.
As we breathe, the oxygen passes through the alveolar-capillary barrier in the lungs, reaching the blood.
The red blood cells deliver the oxygen to all other cells and the hemoglobin binds to the oxygen but in order for this to work there is also a need for carbonic acid. The amount of carbonic acid needed depends on the amount of carbon dioxide in the body. When we grow older the amount of carbon dioxide in the blood decrease. From being on the level of 6.5 percent at the age of 20, it has already reached the level of 6 at the age of 30. By 50 it´s at perhaps 4.5 percent which is not good enough. The oxygenation of the cells in the body decrease and the cells cannot produce enough energy.
The goal of these breathing exercises is therefore to increase the level of carbon dioxide in the blood, hypocapnia, and reduce the amount of oxygen in the blood, hopyxia.
Hypoxia and Hypocapnia
One of the most important evidences for this statement is that people with the best longevity lives on places with high altitude, where the level of oxygen is very low. Hypoxia and hypocapnia can be used to vitalise the body, defeat insomnia an lessen your level of stress. Almost all of our health problems derive from lack of oxygen and lack of energy in the cells. As you get used to hypoxia, and it is actually a kind of exercise for the body, the cells will learn to use oxygen much better. This knowledge is widely spread in ordinary health care system, but it is almost unknown in alternative health care.

Training with Smart Breathe
Hold Smart Breathe in the mouth, inhale through the nose for 2-3 sec., exhale slowly through the device.
The exhalation should be longer than inhalation and have to become longer and longer while training. For example, if you started with 7seconds exhalation, while training, each week it should be added one second to get 20-30 seconds exhalation.
Exhalation resistance is adjusted individually by the rotation of the outer ring. You can check the proper resistance after 15 minutes of workout. If you have not got tired , then it is right.
The resistance should be increased with time too and reaches it`s maximum after 1-3 months of training. To increase the efficiency of training, it is advisable to breathe with the help of diaphragm, during inhaling the belly bulges, during exhaling it is retracted. The inner ring of Smart Breathe is used to adjust the resistance of the breathing through the mouth and primarily is intended for the training of respiratory muscles, to increase endurance, and is especially useful for athletes.
For most users it is recommended to inhale through the nose. In this case, the inner ring is placed on the maximum (5). At the beginning the training lasts 15-20 minutes a day, then you can add 5 minutes every 3-4 days, having 40- 60 minutes training a day. It is recommended to have workouts 3 times a day.
The device is easy to clean, simply, wash it through with tap water.
“I am a woman of 60 years of age with health issues. Thanks to the unique breathing device, my dry skin has become rehydrated in a short period of time.” Bozena Gustavsson, Sweden
“I have used the breathing device consistently for almost a year, and it has primarily given me more mental clarity and improved my ability to concentrate. I am also more concious of my breathing; if I am breathing through the nose or if the breathing is abdominal. I have also sold devices to my clients and the overall respons is that “it seems to work well, I feel alot more alert.” Jesper Lundin, Sweden
“Being an astma patient, I have used the breathing device on average every second day for approximately 15 minutes. After one week, I got rid of alot of stagnated mucus. Clearly, something has happened.” Kerstin C. , Sweden
“I am a therapist and I have used the breathing device myself almost daily for 6 months. My stamina has improved: According to Peff measurements, my breathing capacity was initially 330 ml, after one month of breathing, my capacity improved to 450 ml. It is a very good excercise for astma patients. I have been very busy, get easily stressed and get headaches by all demands, but when I breathe with the device one hour, the headache vanishes and it is easier for me to cope with my tasks. My memory and focus have improved. I have also helped a woman, who’s parameters on the Alfa measurement device indicated zero activity in several areas and over 2000 when measuring stress. She has used the breathing device and has been drinking ionised water for a month and has now reached fairly normal levels. I will continue to spread information about this breathing device as it is the future.” Ingrid Jorm, Sweden
“What is effective breathing? The purpose of the breathing excercises of Människans Resurser in Stockholm is to help people train their bodies to breathe less and to better manage with less oxygen, as well as increase the level of carbon dioxide in the blood. Carbon dioxide is the body’s own antioxidants which neutralises harmful surpluses of oxidants – free radicals which break down the cells…With aging, the level of carbon dioxide in the blood decreases. From 6.5% at the age of 20 to 6% at the age of 30. At 50 years of age, approximately 4.5%, which is not enough to maintain healthy cells…By training our capacity to manage with less oxygen, we are teaching our cells to make better and better use of oxygen and simultanously we are strengthening our health. But how? During three months, I tested a simple breathing device which I kept in the car. Every day, for 30-60 minutes, I breathed through this small device. Short inbreath and long outbreath with resistance, while driving my car and enjoying life! This simple method improved my overall health index from 90% to 98%. Hormone status improved from 81% to 94%. My capability to manage stress improved from 88% to 98%. My tension level (the level of tension in the nervous system caused by delivering oxygen to the cells and maintaining homeostasis) had decreased to 28.9 from 35.5. Initially, this reading was 52.7. ….Additionally, my body strength has increased from 66% to 99% – which I am very happy about. The icing on the cake is that the biological age, which is the total of all measured parameters and represents the charge of all inner organs and cells, has increased from 67% to 90%. Thus, my biological age has changed from 45 to 37 years, i.e. the function of my cells are those of a healty 37 year old (I am 55 years old)! An investment in my health, which rendered my body much joy! Per, www.wellnessguide.se, Sweden
“Example of a male client’s blood pressure before the breathing excercise began: systolic pressure was 160-170, diastolic pressure was 95-100. The blood pressure began to stabilize after approximately two weeks of using the breathing device 15-20 minutes 1-2 times a day. Now, his blood pressure is very stable at 135/78. He now breathes with the device 15-20 minutes every second day or when he feels the need to. All parameters on the Alfa measurement device also improved during these two weeks and are also continuing to remain stable. Absolutely fantastic! The reason for his high blood pressure was intense daily stress. He is less stressed, has lost weight and changed his diet after start breathing correctly. Example of a female client’s blood pressure: her puls used to be a steady 80-110/minute. After having used the breathing device for three weeks, she began to feel better, sleep better, have less persperation, her overall health condition improved. The Alfa measurements now show a puls of 70-80/minute, all paramaters improved. The client believed that the reason for her high puls was a strong fear of becoming ill. This fear has now been significantly reduced. I have conducted a large number of Alfa controls on clients and have noticed that the blood pressure, pulse and all other parameters in an Alfa control improve with correct breathing, with or without a breathing device. I have also seen all parameters on the Globus measurement device improve radically. It is important to convey this information to all people, healthy and “ill” and let them know that correct breathing is a means to lifelong health.” Gun Jönsson, Sweden
“I bought the breathing device for my mother. She has severe KOL. She states that she has used it on an average of 10 minutes every other day for six months. Now, her need of extra oxygen is lessened.” Laila Jakobsson, Sweden
“Being a therapist, I am happy to inform you about the astonishing results I have witnessed with my clients who have used the breathing device. Several of my clients have begun to breathe with the device and thus improved their health. I started out by testing them on the Alfa measurement device, subsequently, they trained and then I measured again, and they have improved their health immensely. I, myself, use the breathing device 30 minutes every day, and it makes me feel calm, concentrated and focused… I do not want to live without it!” Margaretha Carlsson, Sweden
“I am in perfect health and see the breathing device as a tool for health prevention. I am 60 years old but feel like 40. A few years ago, I got in touch with Boris Aranovich in Stockholm to seek out information about his health concept. His concept is completely in line with my own thoughts on how a person should live and behave. Regarding the oxygenation effect on bodily cells produced by the breathing device, I can inform you that you will feel more alert and energized and, thus, easier perform your daily tasks without getting tired. The breathing device is only one part of this health concept, but I believe it is the most important part for optimizing cell functions (the cells also need fluid och nourishment). The energy increases in both brain and body – which most people should find interesting. Also, very important, is the attitude you have towards life in general; how you take care of your body, entertain healthy interests etc.. You need to see the whole picture. Mr. Aranovich describes this very well in his books. I have bought a breathing device for a female friend, 66 years old, who uses the device occasionally. She has been diagnosed with vascular spasm, vascular dementia, dizziness, can only walk short distances and not quickly, can hardly read lettters and has difficulties with simple math. She feels that the breathing device is helping her coping better. I totally agree with Mr. Aranovich’s concept and have done so for many years.” Lars-Erik Lundberg, Sweden
