Regular breathing
Regular breathing is known to be of great importance for our health. What does regular breathing mean? It means that our cells have to get a lot of oxygen. Indeed, breathing is connected with everything we do – eating, running, talking, stressing and changes depending on it. We often hyperventilate due to now day’s workload, oxygen delivery to the cells decreases and hypoxia occurs.
Hypoxia or oxygen deficiency in the cells is the main reason of many diseases and aging process. The technique of resistance breathing has been known for a long time and is proved by a huge amount of scientific researches. At such breathing oxygen saturation of all cells in the body increases. It is this particular technique which is behind the training device but unlike the usage of the technique in hospitals, thanks to “SB” it is adjusted for any person who wants to improve his/her health, mental abilities, physical and psychic condition.
Breathing simulator Smart Breathe let us train our body to breathe efficiently, increasing the absorption of oxygen by the cells.
Not necessary to have problems with health in order to use Smart Breathe. Anyone can use the device to improve their health and prevent health problems. But the biggest effect of the device for most people is improved cellular oxygen uptake. It is known that nutritional combusted in the cells using oxygen. If there is a lack of oxygen as nutrition incinerated not sufficient and the cells produce less energy and produced more waste products. It is known that many people have a lack of oxygen in tissues and training with Smart Breathe can significantly increase oxygen uptake. Training with the device can help people to maintain energy throughout the day, handle stress better, deeper sleep and increase whatsoever adaptations capacity – resistance to various stresses.
How to work practically with effective breathing regularly
Now that you know which factors that affect your health, wellbeing and longevity, you should choose a breathing technique that helps you change your breathing structure so that the respiratory energy decreases and the energy processes get more efficient. We can achieve the best results if we are successful in changing as many factors as possible in the easiest possible way.
Dr. Butejko developed breathing exercises which he called “Deep breathing revocation of will power”(DAUV) to increase the carbon dioxide concentration in the blood. There are multiple studies that shows that these exercises have helped people overcome various illnesses, and the drills are still used in many places around the world. In the 50’s they also started to develop devices that increased carbon dioxide levels in the blood but they were bulky, uncomfortable and expensive.
In the 70’s came Frolovs breathing apparatus. The device was tested in a dozen clinical studies of several diseases and found to be very effective. Its basic principle is breathing with water resistance, which improves respiratory function and increases carbon dioxide in the blood. To this day, the device is used successfully in Russia and other countries to help thousands of people regain their health. The disadvantage is that the apparatus must be filled with water. This makes it more complicated to use and a need to set aside time to use it.
And time is precious to many. Our company Human Resources AB has developed a modern device that functions like Frolovs. The training apparatus “Smart Breathe” have been developed for this very purpose, while being easy to use. Smart Breathe is produced using the latest technology and combines most of the characteristics associated with effective breathing techniques. It is both hypoxikator and hyperkapnikator – namely, it creates an air mixture for breathing oxygen reduced (19 percent vs. the 21 percent that is in the air) and with increased carbon dioxide levels(2-3 percent against the atmospheric 0.03 percent). The levels of oxygen and carbon dioxide are slightly changed to such levels that the organism requires for its breathing exercise. Here, no particular gases are used to produce the desired mixture, but oxygen and carbon dioxide concentration in the necessary concentration comes from our own in-and exhaled air.
When you practice with the equipment, you also massage your respiratory system because you are breathing with increased resistance. At diaphragm breathing this massage effect is transferred through the diaphragm to the intestines and all organs involved in breathing. The resistance decreases breathing stream speed. Research shows that this change affects the structure of the lungs alveols in a beneficial way.
Our apparatus is also based on the expiration with resistance but it is still easy to use and take with you – it can actually be used whenever and wherever. You can do breathing exercises while keeping your hands free for driving, working at the computer, washing dishes, cleaning, watching TV, etc.
